I believe my ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly to new situations will enable me to be an ideal candidate for this position. I have a high school diploma and a work experience of more than 5 years in the relevant position, which is perfect for this job. I am also confident I can communicate with anyone in my team because I am good at building relationships with people from different backgrounds.

2. What challenges do you believe you will face in your first 90 days on the job?

To be honest, it may be a little challenging for me to get accustomed to the work environment because I am used to working in a structured and fast-paced environment. But I have learned how to adjust myself and do my best. For example, at my current job, I have been learning how to work well with everyone as we all have different personalities.

3. How would you describe your educational background?

I have graduated from CU Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. In terms of accreditation, I hold a CFP certification.

4. What are the most recent challenges you faced while being employed in your current job?

The two biggest challenges that I faced earlier in my current job were the employee orientation program, where I learned how to act as part of TTEC, and the requirement of travelling to China for about 3 weeks for this job. I handled both of them quite well and even learned to adjust my schedule to be able to attend client meetings on time.

5. In your opinion, what makes a good team player?

A good team player actively submits his or her ideas in order to reach the goal of the team. I think it is essential for a good team member to maintain relationships with everyone in the company because building relationships is essential for cooperation and teamwork.

How Long Does TTEC Hiring Process Take?

It usually takes a week to hear back after submitting your application, while some people may even hear back from the company that same day.

The employment evaluation test normally takes a day to complete, and the interview takes 1-2 days. The typical employee had one interview and received a response the same day.

  • Customer Service Representative

Description: Customer Service Representatives perform clerical work involving the collection of plant and production information, such as time in service; machine set-ups and adjustments; machine problems or malfunctions; or quality related concerns.   • Data Entry Clerk

Description: Data Entry Clerks capture, input, and verify, and record information using computers and other office equipment.

  • Software Engineer

Description: Software Engineers develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.

Description: Accountants analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and losses, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.

TTEC Company Profile

Kenneth D. Tuchman launched the corporation as TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in 1982. The firm relocated to Sherman Oaks, California, in 1986.

It has built call centers in additional states by 1995. It completed its first public offering (IPO) in 1996.

Global activities began following the conclusion of its IPO. The corporation grew to Scotland, Canada, Argentina, and Brazil in 1998.
